Colleen Pelc, Neighbor

Since graduating from California University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Journalism in 2000, I  have worked for a number of  newspapers and magazines from The Tribune-Review in Connellsville to Our Town in Johnstown.  My expertise lies in the area of feature writing, although I just simply enjoy writing of all kinds.   In 2008, I married my husband, Nick, and moved from Somerset to Monroeville.  In October 2009, we welcomed our beautiful son, Evan.  I am currently in the Public Relations field, but I am a writer at heart and enjoy taking on freelance projects.  In my spare time (what spare time?) I enjoy reading, traveling, making crafts, and spending time with my friends and family.
