Three Cited for Underage Drinking During Traffic Stop

Scott Township police said three people were cited for underage drinking during a traffic stop in East Carnegie. Police said they stopped a car in the 200 block of Noblestown Road shortly before midnight on Jan. 4 and found the three underage occupants to be drinking. Truck Crashes Into Pizza Hut

A truck backing out of a parking spot at Pizza Hut apparently crashed into the building, causing some damage to the restaurant. Read about that and other crime news in the weekly Collier Township police blotter.

 A truck backing out of a parking spot at Pizza Hut apparently crashed into the building, causing some damage to the structure on Nov. 11. Collier police said workers inside the pizza restaurant along Washington Pike heard a bang and noticed a large cooler holding soda bottles shake. The damaged was apparently caused by a pick-up truck’s ball hitch, although the structure is still considered safe.
