Work will continue in the area through mid-June.
Work to relocate a water line on Scrubgrass Road (Route 3033) in Scott Township started on Tuesday. Crews from the Frank J. Zottola Construction, Inc. under a contract with Pennsylvania American Water Company, will be relocating an existing 8-inch water line in the culvert area on Scrubgrass Road at Scrubgrass Run. Single lane alternating use traffic will occur from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as needed weekdays through late mid-June. Weekend work may occur. Flag crews will assist traffic moving through the work areas. Stop conditions should be expected. Motorists should use caution, slow down and allow extra time when traveling through the area.
