A Bridgeville man is accused of soliciting sex acts with a 15-year-old boy working at the borough fire department’s Bingo night early this month. Investigators from the Bridgeville and Allegheny County police departments said 54-year-old John F. Spang starting making sexual advances as the boy was volunteering at the weekly Bingo game on Dec. 3. According to a criminal complaint supporting the charges, Spang asked the boy to wash his car windows for $20. Investigators said it was raining at the time and the boy thought it seemed strange, but he completed the task. When the boy went to the bathroom, police said Spang followed him in. Spang then gave the boy a $20 bill with his phone number on it and told him to contact him after he finished…
