Pittsburgh Restaurant Week 2013 is in full swing and several popular South Hills eateries are participating with special meals and prices. The special deals at dozens of restaurants across the Pittsburgh area run through Jan. 20. It's "a great opportunity to experience the diverse restaurants available in Pittsburgh. Some restaurants offer pre-fixed menus as their restaurant week special, others offer a flat discount," according to the official website. Locally, Arpino Trattoria on Cochran Road in Scott Township is offering a $30 three-course fixed price meal. Guests are permitted to “BYOB” to drink during dinner.
