Animal Control is looking for the owner of a cat found wandering on Greentree Road near McMonagle Avenue. The adult cat, which is gray with markings on his chin and feet, was recovered this week after a Scott Township resident said it was “hanging around” the home for a few days. The cat finally found its way into the person’s Greentree Road home and was taken to Animal Control. Animal Control workers are not sure if the cat is a female or neutered male. The cat did not have a collar, identification or an ID chip. Anyone who might have information on the cat is asked to call Animal Control through Allegheny County dispatch's non-emergency number at 412-279-6911.
