The third suspect in the shooting at the Carnegie Towers apartment complex that wounded three people including an infant has been arrested. Rashad Watson, who had been on the run since the shooting on April 14, was arrested Thursday morning at a housing plan in Clairton, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. U.S. marshals and Allegheny County police arrested Watson, 20, and found two AR-15 assault rifles, three handguns and heroin, the Post-Gazette reported. Watson faces charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, conspiracy, reckless endangerment and receiving stolen property. Two Hazelwood men convicted for shooting three people, including a 2-week-old infant, at the Carnegie Towers apartment complex last year have been sentenced to jail time. Bryon Hall, 22, was sentenced on Tuesday morning to 7 to 14 years for his conviction on attempted homicide and aggravated assault. James Edmonds, 21, was sentenced on Wednesday to 7 to 14 years in prison for his charges. The two men were convicted in November following a non-jury trial before Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Kevin Sasinoski in connection with the shooting that took place in the parking lot of Carnegie Towers on April 14. Two men accused of being involved in the shooting of three people, including a 2-week-old infant, at the Carnegie Towers apartment complex in April have been convicted. Byron Hall and James Edmonds, both 21 and from Hazelwood, were convicted last week following a non-jury trial before Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Kevin Sasinoski in connection with the shooting that took place in the parking lot of Carnegie Towers on April 14. Mike Manko, the Allegheny County district attorney’s spokesman, said they were both convicted of one count of attempted homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of recklessly endangering another person.
