Construction crews quickly erected a beautiful new tan and brown building in the spot where the Burger King along Washington Pike in South Fayette used to stand. Chartiers Valley Patch posted a story in July about the new business, but several readers have sent emails asking about what is going in the prime spot. It’s going to be a MedExpress Urgent Care Unit, and it’s going to open very soon.
