Saint George Antiochian Orthodox Church
412-221-2277
A parish of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, St. George's is currently planning construction of a new Church and Community Center next to its cemetery, at 3093 Washington Pike in South Fayette Township, less than two miles from its present location, but, in the meantime, it's located on quiet, residential, Dewey Avenue, just off busy Station Street. St. George's traces its local roots back to the 1920s, and to its foundation by a committed group of Syrian immigrants. Today, the church's membership numbers over 100 families. All are welcome.
