Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony at Kelly Park This Weekend
The ribbon cutting and naming ceremony is Oct. 5.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held this weekend at Kelly Park in Oakdale.
The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. with the introduction of mural artist Emily Docherty. The ribbon cutting will follow, and then guests are invited to have refreshments in the park's pavilion.
