Members of Cub Scout Pack 831 planted flowers Sunday along East and West Main Streets in Carnegie as part of their Community Service badge. Even Carnegie Mayor Jack Kobistek got a little dirty and helped the Scouts plant flats of flowers on Main Street in the borough.
