Moon Beats Chartiers Valley in WPIAL Opener
The Chartiers Valley Colts lost to the Moon Tigers 35-16 in the high school football WPIAL opener.
Moon Area High School beat 35-16 Friday night to start the 2012 WPIAL football season, according to WPXI-TV.
The Colts traveled to Moon for the season opener in the new Parkway Center Conference.
