WATCH: CV Orchestra Plays Christmas Carols at The Courthouse

The Chartiers Valley Middle School orchestra played Christmas carols at the Allegheny County Courthouse.

The ensemble played several songs Monday morning in the courthouse’s Grand Staircase.

The group is one of many schools to play for the 45th annual Holiday Choral Program in Pittsburgh.

Participating schools are making donations of filled stockings to The Holiday Project, a program that has provided holiday gifts to children and youth who receive services through the Allegheny County human services system since the late 1960s.
