Cooking 1-2-3 Series

These classes are designed for those interested in cooking but not sure where to start.  Whether you’re planning on developing skills in the kitchen or considering a career in the culinary arts, they can help you. Learn some basic cooking techniques and you’ll have some skills to start cooking right away. 

This fast track to cooking will be taught by Chef Carey Palenchar, a free-lance chef instructor.

Class 2: Learn all about chicken including how to truss, roast, and carve..Recipes using techniques learned in class include; making stock, using leftover chicken for more meals, roasting and blanching vegetables.  You will be preparing Herb Roasted Chicken with Roasted Vegetables • Chicken Stock • Creamy Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli • Chicken Chili.
