Dear Members of the Chartiers Valley Community:

This fall, the Board of School Directors hired Architectural Innovations to conduct an architectural and engineering study of our facilities at Chartiers Valley. Based on their findings, they will make several recommendations regarding how the School District can best maintain and/or improve our facilities. The Chartiers Valley administrators and school board would like input from the experts in our community before making a decision as to how we should proceed.

If you are an engineer or an architect who lives or works in the Chartiers Valley community, please consider being a part of a volunteer advisory team. The volunteer advisory team will meet in June to review the recommendations from Architectural Innovations and provide feedback and make a recommendation to the Chartiers Valley administrators and the School Board.

To apply to be a member of the volunteer advisory team, please email the following information to publicrelations@cvsd.net: your full name, your credentials and your current employer. Also, please let us know if you or your company could possibly benefit from any potential design changes or facility updates at Chartiers Valley. This will not exclude you from participating on the advisory team, but will allow the group to be transparent.

Thank you in advance for lending your time and sharing your expertise.

Sincerely,

Brian J. White, Ed.D.

Superintendent
Chartiers Valley School District
