CV Seniors Win Film Awards

Three Chartiers Valley High School seniors won film awards at Robert Morris University's annual Television & Video Teachers Student Video Festival.

Seniors Connor Lindsay, Joe Ragni and Jason Restich submitted videos in three categories, and won in the categories of Sports Highlight, Imaginative, and Student Judged Music Video.

Three other students, Matt Guerry, Dave Robinson and Rajan Plumley, also worked on the video that won in the Imaginative category.

Since 2006, the Chartiers Valley High School TV Media Department has won 21 TVT awards, district communications director Kara Droney said.
