I don't know about you, but sometimes the hardest part of cooking for a family is deciding what to make.
On the other hand, creating a weekly menu in advance really helps the old grocery bill. I plan my weekly menu based on
- What's on sale at my fave local grocery store
- What's on hand in the cupboard, fridge and freezer
- What healthy food I can con the youngling into eating
On "The Vampire Diet" (after all, who thinks more about what they eat than a dieter with a sweet tooth...except maybe a vampire with a conscience?) I post a Monday-Friday menu plan. It doesn't always work out the way it's planned (what does?) but it is a good start. I try to include one fish entree (with an emphasis on cold water fish for their omega-3 fatty acid content) and one meatless meal (meatless...not vegan. I'm too much of a cheese and egg fan for full-on vegan).

"PaBlam!" "The Food Allergy Experience" and "Love, Harmony, Peace" also post weekly menu ideas.
"The Vampire Diet" and "PaBlam!" include links to recipes for some of the entrees. Sometimes we list side dishes, sometimes not...mostly it is just the main dish, leaving the rest up to you.
