a 14 year old boy from the exact center of absolutely nowhere Africa used a library book to learn to build a windmill electric generator from what looked like bamboo, vines and bicycle parts. It brought just enough voltage to his family's tiny home to run 4 small lights (looked like the bulbs were about the size of those old chrismas tree lights) and 2 small radios.
