Heidelberg to Approve New Hires for Police, Civil Service Commission

The Heidelberg Borough meeting agenda for June 18.

Heidelberg Council plans to make new additions to borough departments, including the police department and the Civil Service Commission.

Council plans to vote on the following motions:

  • The hiring of Antonio Ruiz and Emily Bielewicz as probationary part-time Police Officers. If approved the oath of office and swearing-in ceremony will be held.
  • The appointment of Carrie Nolan to the Heidelberg Civil Service Commission with a term that is set to expire June 19, 2015. If approved, the oath of office and swearing-in ceremony will be held.

The Heidelberg Council meeting is Tuesday, June 18, at 7 p.m. in the Community Center at 1639 East Railroad Street.
