Charges reduced

  • A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn, and a disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation against Paul Gabig, 36, of 1363 Raven Drive, Pittsburgh. Scott police initially charge Gabig on Sept. 19.
  • Charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle were withdrawn against Roand Penn, 42, of 205 E. Main St., Carnegie. Charges of driving on a suspended license and disorderly conduct were reduce to non-traffic citation. Scott police charged Penn on Oct. 4.

Waived to court

  • Charges of possession of a controlled substance, flight to avoid apprehension, aggravated assault and resisting arrest against Harry Gonzalez, 39, of 648 Baldwin St., Bridgeville, were waived to court on Oct. 24. Other charges of aggravated assault, possession with intent to deliver and criminal mischief were withdrawn. Bridgeville police charged Gonzalez on Oct. 11.
  • Cody Still, 20, of 725 Bouquet St., McKees Rocks, waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, criminal trespassing, burglary, criminal mischief and possession of an instrument of crime. Collier police charged Still on Sept. 19.
  • Samantha R. Moran, 29, of 550 Center St., Carnegie, waived to court charged of theft by deception and receiving stolen property. A possession of controlled substance charge was withdrawn. Bridgeville police charge Moran on Sept. 14.
  • Charles Schuetz, 28, of 43 Greenbriar Drive, Green Tree, waived to court charges of simple assault, terrorist threats and harassment. Bridgeville police charged Schuetz on Aug. 15.
  • Christopher Aubenque, 32, of 100 Secane Ave., Pittsburgh, waived charges to court of drunken driving and careless driving. Charges of reckless driving were withdrawn. Reckless driving charges were withdrawn. Collier police charge Aubenque on Aug. 17.

  

Charges reduced

  • Charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct against David A. Neiil, 21, of 2496 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, were reduced to non-traffic violations. Charges of loitering and escape were withdrawn. Bridgeville police originally charged him on Sept. 29.
