A 69-year-old woman is accused of road rage while trying to leave Raceway Plaza in Scott. Also in the police blotter, a man is arrested after allegedly trying to break into a Heidelberg apartment.

Road rage leads to arrest: Scott police said they charged Sandra L. Ross, 69, of Crafton, with disorderly conduct and harassment following a road rage incident at Raceway Plaza on June 2.

Man charged in connect with burglary: Grady D. Thomas, 37, of Carnegie, was charged with receiving stolen property on May 29 after said they found him with items that had been reported stolen from a burglary in the township.

Retail theft at Walmart: Chanel C. Shields-Frison, 20, of Carnegie, was charged with retail theft and making a false police report after Scott Township police said she left Walmart without paying for items in her shopping car on May 31.

Drug paraphernalia charge: Shannon Hill, 18, of Scott, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after township police said they stopped her car on Hope Hollow Road in the early hours of June 3.

Catholic school vandalized: A window at Our Lady of Grace School was broken out in the early hours of May 31, although no one tried to enter the building, Scott police said.

Tire rim stolen from car: Scott Township police said a tire rim was stolen from a car parked in the 500 block of East Main Street on May 30.

Burglary charges: arrested a 47-year-old borough resident after officers said he tried to break into an apartment on June 1. Police said they found Martin Roethlein trying to get into the apartment at 1584 W. Railroad St. shortly before 11 a.m. He faces charges of attempted burglary, disorderly conduct, prowling at night and public drunkenness.

DUI arrest: Amanda Plancari, 34, of Carnegie, was charged with drunken driving and careless driving after Heidelberg police said they stopped her car on East Railroad Street shortly before 2 a.m. on June 2.

Shoplifter rips off Office Max: are searching for a man who stole three Internet routers from the Office Max in Great Southern Shopping Center on May 31. Police said a white man in his 40s took the routers worth a combined $380 around 10 a.m. and left in black car with a stolen license plate.
