Updates on Harassment, DUI, Theft Cases

Court results from Magisterial District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet.

The following is an update on court cases scheduled before District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet on June 24. McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville, Collier and South Fayette.

Guilty Plea

Waived/Held for Court

  • Jonas Beverlin, 30, of Paden City, WV, waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges of speeding, careless driving, reckless driving and failing to use a safety belt were withdrawn. Collier police charged Beverlin on April 30.
  • A theft charge against Vincent Tabone, 20, of Carnegie, was held for court. Collier police charged Tabone on May 2.
