Updates on Harassment, DUI, Theft Cases
Court results from Magisterial District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet.
The following is an update on court cases scheduled before District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet on June 24. McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville, Collier and South Fayette.
Guilty Plea
- Yvonne Fiumara, 45, of Crafton plead guilty to harassment. Bridgeville police charged Fiumara on April 26.
Waived/Held for Court
- Jonas Beverlin, 30, of Paden City, WV, waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes. Charges of speeding, careless driving, reckless driving and failing to use a safety belt were withdrawn. Collier police charged Beverlin on April 30.
- A theft charge against Vincent Tabone, 20, of Carnegie, was held for court. Collier police charged Tabone on May 2.
- Charges of inhaling toxic substances, retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness against Jamie Luisi, 22, of Meadowlands were held for court. Bridgeville police charged Luisi on March 4.
- Charges of theft against Maria Stringhill, 21, of Bridgeville were held for court. Bridgeville police charged Stringhill on Jan. 31.
