Two Arrested for Fight in Collier

Collier Township police arrested men following a fight at a Noblestown Road home earlier this month.
Police said they were called to the Noblestown Road residence on March 14 and found the two men fighting.
They charged George Howe, 49, and Ronald Kramer, 32, both of Collier Township, with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Police did not elaborate on what prompted the fight or if either man suffered any injuries.

Collier Township
iPod stolen: Collier Township police said they charged David Sams, 22, of Carnegie, with receiving stolen property after he allegedly sold a stolen iPod. Police said an employee at Sherwin Williams in the Chartiers Valley Shopping Center reported on March 16 that the electronic device worth about $300 was stolen. Police said it had been sold to the neighboring Game Stop business and they were able to trace it back to Sams.
Public drunkenness charge: Chad Montgomery, 32, of Pittsburgh, was charged with public drunkenness on March 16 after Collier Township police said he was at a property in the 200 block of Ewing Road without the home ownerβs permission.
