I wish Ms. Miller a speedy and complete exoneration. We all know that someday, soon, this prohibition will end. I spent 5 years in Federal Prison for a marijuana offense. The memorable day that I met with the parole panel, I asked, "When pot becomes legal, what will my 5 years spent in prison have meant?" Their response, "That is a very philosophical question. We don't deal with philosophy in this office." Case closed...go back to your cell. When the 5 years were gone, I walked out and never looked back. But, I know to this day, there are thousands of Americans still rotting in jail over a plant. I wrote about the escapades that led to my imprisonment...my book: Shoulda Robbed a Bank I would be honored by your review.

@ same old story... I was in Federal Prison for 5 years for a marijuana offense. No, it was not for simple possession. In 1981, I was arrested aboard a Lockheed PV2 in Marianna, Florida...charged and convicted for conspiracy to import and distribute 12,000 pounds of marijuana. In that era, the DEA estimated that 40 tons per day were being consumed in the US. My 6 tons was a measly 3 1/2 hour supply. What kind of contribution was that to Party Central, USA? Looking back, all I can do is laugh. No, I am not whining...I am promoting a book. I'm trying to legally recoup the money I failed to earn while 'vacationing with the feds.' Please don't hold that against me. I took my medicine like a big boy. And, look...I'm still smiling. The book: Shoulda Robbed a Bank by Hugh Yonn Available at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Smashwords. The book details numerous smuggling operations (all fictitious, of course). And, presented as comedy. I would be honored by your review. Many thanks for your comment...I wish you the very best, Hugh
