Three DUI Cases Waived for Court

An update on court cases heard by District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet.

The following is an update on court cases heard by District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet on May 13. McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville and Collier Township.

Three cases of driving under the influence were heard by District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet on May 13, and charges were waived to court in each case:

  • Charges of DUI and careless driving against Marissa Freidet, 38, of Bridgeville, were waived for court. South Fayette Township police charged Freidet on March 20.
  • DUI and careless driving charges, as well as another traffic violation against Satish Shetty, 38, of Bridgeville, were waived for court. Bridgeville Borough police charged Shetty on March 2.
  • One count of DUI against Justin Weifenbach, 23, of Pittsburgh, was withdrawn, but two more counts of DUI and a traffic violation were waived for court. Bridgeville police charged Weifenbach on March 13.
