Two teenage girls from Washington County face numerous charges after police said they stole items from a Bridgeville business earlier this month.
Bridgeville police said they were called to the business in the 400 block of Railroad Street on Jan. 13 when the store owner called to say the two girls were stealing items.
They initially gave the officers false names, but investigators were eventually able to determine they were both 15 years old and from Washington, PA. Police did not reveal their names because they are both juveniles.
Both were charged in juvenile court with retail theft, hindering apprehension, false identification to police and criminal conspiracy.
Police did not identify the business where the crimes allegedly take place.
