Suspect Arrested in Carnegie Shooting

The third suspect in the shooting at the Carnegie Towers apartment complex that wounded three people including an infant has been arrested.
Rashad Watson, who had been on the run since the shooting on April 14, was arrested Thursday morning at a housing plan in Clairton, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
U.S. marshals and Allegheny County police arrested Watson, 20, and found two AR-15 assault rifles, three handguns and heroin, the Post-Gazette reported.

Watson faces charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, conspiracy, reckless endangerment and receiving stolen property.
Three people, including a young girl, were found with gunshot wounds after traveling in a car from the apartment complex to the BP gas station in Carnegie.

Police immediately arrested two other suspects, Byron Hall and James Edmonds, found in a car in the apartment complex. They were convicted on attempted homicide and aggravated assault in November and sentenced to 7 to 14 years in prison.
