Six motorists accused of drinking and driving will go to trial on the DUI charges.

Six people accused of drinking and driving will go to trial on the DUI charges.

Five of the motorists waived their right to a preliminary hearing before on June 18. Another man challenged the charges, but McGraw-Desmet held him for trail.

Charges held for court

  • Charges of drunken driving, careless driving and reckless driving against Philip D. Snook, 40, of Canonsburg, were held court, along with several traffic citations. State police arrested Snook on June 7 after a traffic stop in South Fayette Township.

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of drunken driving and careless driving against Christina A. Grguras, 27, of Pittsburgh, were waived to court. State police arrested Grguras following a traffic stop in Collier Township on March 16.
  • A charge of drunken driving and a traffic citation against Christopher R. Heibert, 44, of Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Bridgeville police arrested Heibert on April 25.
  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against William Julin, 66, of McMurray, were waived to court. Collier Township police arrested Julin on Feb. 6.
  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against Edward M. Seymour, 42, of McMurray, were waived to court. State police arrested Seymour following a traffic stop in South Fayette on Feb. 22.
  • Drunken driving charges and a traffic citation against Coty R. Bradburn, 23, of Tampa, FL, were waived to court. Bridgeville police arrested Bradburn on April 28.
