Man found staggering in roadway: Scott police said they charged Brian Jasper, 34, of Heidelberg, with public drunkenness after he was seen staggering on Main Street near Scrubgrass Road in the early hours of Dec. 23.

Assault charges: Matthew Ciminel, 30, of Scott, was charged with assault following a dispute in the 400 block of Carothers Avenue on Dec. 20, township police said.

Man accused of trespassing at gas station: Bryan McGraw, 20, of Scott, was charged with trespassing and retail theft after township police said he was seen trying to steal items from the GetGo gas station along Washington Avenue on Dec. 19.

DUI arrest: Cameron Lucas, 27, of Dormont, was charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop along Bower Hill Road in the early hours of Dec. 23.

Traffic stop leads to charges: Scott Township police said David McCartan, 30, of Houston, PA, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop along Route 50 on Dec. 22.

Vehicle vandalized: A vehicle parked behind a Center Street home had its windows shattered in the early hours of Dec. 22, Scott Township police said.
