Police Searching for Burglar with 'Perfect Teeth'

Man took two televisions from a Heidelberg home Wednesday morning.

are searching for a burglary suspect with “perfect teeth” following a home invasion in the borough Wednesday morning.

Police Chief Vernon Barkley said the intruder entered a Walnut Street home through a rear window, crawling over a kitchen sink and into the residence. The man took a flat-screen television with a Blue Ray player and another television set shortly after 11 a.m.

The man left a laptop computer and several other items in the house, Barkley said.

Barkley said the white man is in his late 20s with short hair, square facials features and perfect teeth. He added that the man was seen leaving in a white Chevrolet Cavalier traveling on Route 50 toward Greentree Road.

Anyone with information about the daytime burglary is asked to call the Heidelberg Police Department at 412-276-0513.
