Police Investigating Indecent Exposure Case on Washington Ave.

Scott Township police are investigating a case of indecent exposure that reportedly occurred on Washington Avenue on July 9.

A woman told police a man exposed himself to her on Washington Avenue at 5:15 p.m. According to the police report, the man was described only as a white male.

July 2

  • Mary Sherba, 51, of Carnegie, was charged with public intoxication after police said she was found staggering on Carothers Avenue at 2:40 p.m.
  • A theft of company-owned credit cards from Accent ESI was reported.
  • Items were reportedly taken from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on Orchard Spring Road over a two-week period between June 16 and July 2.
  • Karen Kneib, 55, of Scott Township, was charged with public intoxication in the 1000 block of Washington Avenue at 9 p.m.

July 4

  • A table in the yard of a home in the 1600 block of Moynelle Drive was reportedly damaged between 8 and 8:15 p.m.

July 6

  • Thomas Pointer, 65, of Scott, was charged with public drunkenness in the 400 block of Spikenard Street at 11 p.m.

July 7

  • A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked along Locust Street.

July 10

  • Scott police charged Scott Westin, 46, of Pittsburgh, with public intoxication and disorderly conduct after he was found passed out in the rain in the 300 block of Vanadium Road, according to the police report.

July 12

  • Michael Vance, 56, of Freedom, was charged with possession of marijuana after a traffic stop on Montgomery Avenue at 2:10 p.m.

July 14

  • Copper wire and tools were stolen from a garage in the 500 block of Spikenard Street.
