Police: Getaway Driver Left Girlfriend Behind During Retail Theft in Bridgeville

Bridgeville police said a man, whose girlfriend was allegedly stealing items inside a Chartiers Street business, left her behind when officers arrived.
Police said they were alerted to a woman being stopped for retail theft by store employees inside the Rite Aid on March 1.
Officers said they arrested Jonna Swisher, 33, of Canonsburg, and charged her with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

But her boyfriend, Joshua Patragas, 32, of Washington, who police said was supposed to be the getaway driver, left the parking lot when officers arrived. Police said he left Swisher alone to be arrested.
However, investigators eventually found Patragas and charged him with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

Bridgeville
Public drunkenness charge: Jamie Luisi, 22, of Washington, was charged with retail theft, public drunkenness, illegal use of solvents and prohibited acts after Bridgeville police said they found her passed out in the Rite Aid bathroom on March 4.
DUI charge: Satish Shetty, 37, of Bridgeville, was charged with drunken driving during a traffic stop along Washington Avenue in the early hours of March 2, borough police said.
Criminal mischief charge: Rebecca Fidler, 25, of Bridgeville, was charged with criminal mischief on March 3 after borough police said she drove through a fence and damaged it in the 700 block of Chess Street.
DUI charge: Tara Boehme, 22, of Pittsburgh was charged with drunken driving after Bridgeville police said her car drove off Bower Hill Road in the early hours of March 6.
DUI charge: Bridgeville police said Justin Lloyd, 29, of Mt. Lebanon, was charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop along Bower Hill Road on March 9.
Disorderly conduct charge: Alverta Evans, 45, of Bridgeville, was charged with disorderly conduct after borough police said she continued to play loud music at her Bluff Street residence in the early hours of March 12.
