A Washington man is accused of burglarizing his ex-girlfriend's home on Lindsay Road in Scott. Read about that and other crime in this week's police blotter.

Man accused of burglarizing ex’s home: said they charged Mark E. Mariani, 54, of Washington, with burglary and harassment after he allegedly burglarized his ex-girlfriends Lindsay Road residence on Aug. 4.

Man charge with trespassing: Gerard Romeo, 56, of Carnegie, was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct after Scott police said they saw him near a residence on Segar Road in the early hours of July 30.

Assault and harassment charges: Scott police said they charged 37-year-old township resident Brian Washington with assault and harassment following an incident along Greenbriar Drive on Aug. 5.           

Fight leads to arrest: Thomas Lopez, 47, of Scott, was charged with assault and harassment following a fight along Carothers Avenue on Aug. 3, township police said.

DUI charge: Christopher Artman, 26, of Collier, was charged with drunken driving and careless driving after Scott police said they stopped his car along Carothers Avenue in the early hours of Aug. 5.

Drugs stolen from car: Prescription medication was stolen from an unlocked car parked at the Cochran Shops on Aug. 1, Scott police said.

Juvenile faces charge: Scott police said they charged a 16-year-old boy with disorderly conduct for an incident along Carothers Avenue on Aug. 1. Police did not elaborate on the incident.

Money stolen from car: Someone forced their way into car parked in the Shop’n Save at Raceway Plaza on Aug. 4 and stole change, Scott police said.

 

Assault charges: Bridgeville police said they charged Corey Dunbar with robbery, false imprisonment, simple assault, theft and criminal mischief following an incident with a woman in the early hours of July 22.

Threatening note left behind: Richard Caryll, 62, of Bethel Park, was charged with harassment on July 10 after Bridgeville police said he left a threatening note on a property in the 500 block of Washington Avenue.

Man seen urinating in public: Brandon Babjack, 26, of Bridgeville, was charged with disorderly conduct after borough police said they saw him urinating on private property in the 500 block of Washington Avenue on July 29.

 

Car parts stolen: said someone driving a Ford F-150 pickup truck loaded up 26 body panels and hoods from Hamlin’s Automotive on Mayer Street and left with them on July 21.

Drunk and disorderly charges: Joseph Solomon, 36, of Mt. Lebanon, was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after Collier police said they found him in the Great South Shopping Center parking lot on Aug. 3.

Car seat taken: A car seat worth about $150 was stolen from a residence in the 600 block of Vanadium Road in the early hours of July 30, Collier police said.

Money stolen from locker: Collier police said $35 was stolen from an open locker at LA Fitness on July 31.
