Police say a 15-year-old boy was drunk while at the CV high school basketball game on Feb. 3. Also, a mother is accused of using her infant and a baby stroller to steal clothes and formula.

Mother steals baby clothes, formula: Collier Township police say a Heidelberg woman used her infant in a baby stroller to steal $210 worth of merchandise from Kmart. Police said 35-year-old Doris Hills stuffed baby clothes and formula in a diaper bag under the stroller on Feb. 4. Kmart workers called police, who then arrested Hills and charged her with retail theft.

Student drunk at basketball game: A 15-year-old boy was charged with public drunkenness while at the high school basketball game on Feb. 3, Collier police said. Police did not release the boy's name because he is a minor.

Stolen tags: A license plate was stolen from a van parked at Trader Jack’s on Feb. 5.

Traffic stop leads to drug charges: A Scott Township man faces a number of charges after police said he had drugs in his car during a traffic stop and then resisted arrested. Scott police charged 45-year-old Alan Pisaneschi with several drug violations and resisting arrest following the Feb. 4 traffic stop on Bower Hill Road. Police said he had cocaine and marijuana in his car.

Disorderly conduct charge: Dean Vasquez, 41, of Scott, was charged with trespassing and criminal mischief after township police said he kicked in a Carriage Park apartment door on Feb. 1.

Drunk and disorderly charges: Scott police said they charged Kim Maines, 51, of Washington, PA, with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct on Feb. 1 after a fight at the H20 bar on Noblestown Road.

Stolen items in car: Daniel Goscinski, 35, of Scott, was charged with theft after township police said mechanics found stolen items in his vehicle while it was being serviced at Woltz & Wind Ford on Feb. 3. He also had other warrants out for his arrest.

Merchandise missing: Two vacuums worth a total of $340 were stolen from Walmart on Feb. 2, Scott police said.

 

Drug charges: Dion Z. Fehl, 19, of Scott, faces multiple drug charges after Heidelberg police said they stopped him along Washington Pike on Feb. 7. Fehl was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to cultivate and corruption of minors, police said. Officers said they found six bags of marijuana and found other paraphernalia, including baggies, two glass pipes and a scale.  Two minors were in the car at the time, police said, and one is facing charges.
