Police say they arrested a drunk flower girl at the GetGo gas station in Scott.

Intoxicated flower girl: Nancy Savini, 56, of Pittsburgh, was charged with public drunkenness on Feb. 14 after police said she was intoxicated while selling flowers outside the GetGo gas station parking lot on Washington Avenue.

Drug possession charges: James McKenna, 34, of Scott, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after township police said they found drugs in his apartment’s storage locker on Feb. 14.

Retail theft and drug charges: Scott police charged Alicia L. Vargo, 29, of Weirton, WV, with retail theft and heroin possession after officers said she left Walmart without paying for merchandise on Feb. 19.

Money stolen: A food service employee working at the Manor Care facility on Greentree Road told police she discovered money missing from her purse on Feb. 17.

Disturbance leads to arrest: Beth C. Griffith, 42, of Scott, was charged with trespassing and public drunkenness after township police said was causing a disturbance in the 300 block of Gregg Street on Feb. 19.

Federal indictment: Three New York City men were indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges they used counterfeit credit cards to make about $28,000 worth of gift card purchases at Giant Eagle and Walmart, including the superstore in Scott. Ramar J. Gardiner, 33, Brent Kevin Hercules Antoine, 35, and Jean A. Seraphin, 31, all of Brooklyn, face a five-count indictment that dates back to March 2010, U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton announced Tuesday. Scott Township police assisted the U.S. Secret Service in the investigation.

 

Gym dispute: Alan Chute, 22, of Upper St. Clair, was charged with harassment and defiant trespassing after Collier police said he refused to leave LA Fitness on Feb. 13 after being told not to come back.

Retail theft charge: A 55-year-old California state woman was charged with retail theft after Collier police said she tried to steal merchandise from Kmart on Feb. 17. Police said Ana Johns put $47 worth of merchandise in a bag and tried to leave the store without paying.

Personal items stolen from gym: Collier police said someone took gym clothes, shoes, an iPhone and iPod from a locker at the LA Fitness on Feb. 15.
