Person Bashed with Beer Bottle at Duke's Rib House

A fight at in Scott Township led to a patron being hit in the head with a beer bottle, police said.

The person, who was not identified by , was struck in the head shortly after 1 a.m. on Aug. 25.

The unidentified suspect immediately left the scene. It’s not known if investigators have any leads on the suspect’s identity.

Police did not say if the person hit by the beer bottle was injured.

Argument leads to harassment charges: Thomas Pointer, 64, of Scott, was charged with two counts of harassment following an argument his roommate along Hill Stree on Aug. 20, township police said.

Two men accused of resisting arrest: Scott police said they charged Timothy Radulovich, 22, of Carnegie, with public drunkenness and resisting arrest while in the 700 block of Carothers Avenue on Aug. 20. Police also charged David Maupins, 23, of Carnegie, with obstruction of justice and resisting arrest when officers said he tried to interfere at the scene.

Man arrested at magistrate’s office: Dylan Kunke, 20, of Green Tree, was charged with disorderly conduct after Scott Township police said he was causing problems while at District Judge Gary Zyra’s office along Lindsay Road on Aug. 22.

Public drunkenness charge: David Kiszer, 47, of Scott, was charged with public drunkenness and harassment following an incident in the 500 block of Carothers Avenue on Aug. 26.

Electronics stolen from home: A Hoff Street resident told police a television and laptop computer were taken from the home some time at the end of July.

Two arrested during DUI checkpoint: Scott police said they charged Mandy Rivera of Pitsburgh with DUI during a sobriety checkpoint along Greentree Road on Aug. 25. Stephanie Richards, 33, of Bethel Park, also was charged with DUI during the checkpoint, police said.

DUI charges pending: DUI and underage drinking charges are pending against Evan Harkins, 20, of Waynesboro, after Scott police said they stopped his car along Forsythe Road in the early hours of Aug. 25.

Woman accused of retail theft: Edvina Bajgoric, 55, of Mt. Lebanon, was charged with retail theft after Scott police said she was seen leaving the Savvy Fox in the Greentree Shops with $35 worth of merchandise on Aug. 23.
