Man Arrested for Allegedly Snorting Drugs in Walgreens Parking Lot

A Washington County man was arrested after Heidelberg police said they saw him and another person "snorting a white substance" in a parked car outside the pharmacy.

A Washington County man was arrested after Heidelberg police said they saw him and another person “bent over snorting a white substance” in a parked car.

Police said they saw Samuel E. Markish III, 24, of Smith Township, apparently using drugs with another while in the Walgreens parking lot in the early hours of Nov. 25.

Markish was charged with possession with intent to deliver and various other drug violations, police said.

Police did not identify the other person in the car or whether they might also face charged.
