Charges waived to court

  • Charges of terroristic threats, stalking, unlawful restraint, harassment and criminal mischief against James D. Schmidt, 29, of North Lima, Ohio, were waived to court. Scott police charged Schmidt on Jan. 24.
  • Charges of simple assault, aggravated assault, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance against Alexander Cranston, 25, of Burgettstown, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Cranston on May 14.
  • Charges of drunken driving, resisting arrest, evidence tampering and careless driving against David Meyer, 54, of Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott Township police charged Meyer on April 9.
  • Drunken driving charges against Carl W. Wilburn II, 26, of Penn Hills, were waived to court. Heidelberg police arrested Wilburn on March 4.
  • A charge of driving under the influence against Bailey Runquist, 25, of Pittsburgh, was waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Runquist on March 11.
  • Drunken driving charges against Timothy P. Shipley, 36, of Scott Township, were waived to court. Scott police arrested Shipley on March 18.
  • Charges of drunken driving, underage drinking, careless driving and accident involving damage against Tyler J.H. Baker, 19, of South Fayette, were waived to court. A charge of purchasing alcohol for a minor was withdrawn. Scott Township police charged Baker on April 2.
