Five Arrested During Weekend DUI Checkpoint in Scott
Crime updates from Scott Township police, June 10 to June 15.
A sobriety checkpoint on Greentree Road in Scott Township on June 15 netted five arrests, three for driving under the influence and two for drug violations.
Scott Township Police made the following arrests:
- Maureen Crowley, 44, of Scott Township was charged with an alcohol-related DUI.
- Jennifer McMahon, 30, of Scott Township, was charged with an alcohol-related DUI.
- Judson Grove, 27, of Scott Township, was charged with possession of marijuana.
- Peter Zirboli, 28, of Scott Township, was charged with possession of small amount of marijuana.
- Matthew Damico, 20, of Canonsburg, was charged with DUI, underage consumption of alcohol, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

June 10
- Two batteries were stolen from construction equipment parked along Carothers Avenue between 5 p.m. on June 7 and 8 a.m. on June 10.
- Several items were reportedly taken from unlocked vehicle parked on Gregg Street on May 27 or 28. The incident was reported to police on June 10.
June 15

- Scrap metal was reported taken from the side of a residence in 300 block of Rockfield Road at 6:43 p.m.
