Charges waived to court

  • Retail theft and conspiracy charges against Teaunte Mitchell, 32, of Moon Township, were waived to court. Scott Township police charged Mitchell on March 10.
  • A trespassing charge against William J. Deep, 26, of South Fayette, was waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Deep on May 21.
  • DUI charges against Branden L. Jones, 25, of Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott police arrested Jones on June 11.

Charges reduced

  • A disorderly conduct charge against Joseph Boris, 38, of Scott, was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Scott police originally charged Boris on March 11. A subsequent disorderly conduct charge against Boris from an incident on April 14 was also reduced to a non-traffic citation.
  • A disorderly conduct charge against Ercole M. Troiani, 56, of Collier, was reduced to a non-traffic citation while other charges were withdrawn. Heidelberg police charged Troiani on May 15.

 

Charges dismissed

  • Charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment against Mark Mesagno, 29, of Scott, were dismissed. Scott police originally charged Mesagno on July 9.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of receiving stolen property, access device fraud, forgery and conspiracy against Timothy J. Snyder Jr., 25, of Pittsburgh, were waived to court. South Fayette police charged Snyder on July 27.
  • Theft, false reports and several motor vehicle violations against Jeremy S. Barnhart, 39, of Crucible, were waived to court. Collier police originally charged Barnhart on June 27.
  • DUI charges against Lydia A. Phillips, 45, of Carnegie, were waived to court. Collier police originally charged Phillips on June 12.
  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against Nicole L. Kanish, 31, of Bridgeville, were waived to court. Bridgeville police arrested Kanish on June 22.
