Charges held for court

  • Felony charges of criminal trespassing, aggravated assault, robbery and conspiracy, along with a misdemeanor theft charge, against 26-year-old William Tillar were held for court. Scott police originally charged William Tillar on June 12.
  • Felony charges of criminal trespassing, robbery and conspiracy, along with a misdemeanor theft charge, against Cindy Tillar, 42, of Swissvale were held for court. Scott police charged Cindy Tillar on June 11.
  • Conspiracy and hindering apprehension charges against Julie Racz, 27, of Scott Township, were held for court. Scott police originally charged Racz on April 27

Charges waived to court

  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against John L. Clawson, 62, of Scott, were waived to court. Scot police arrested Clawson on April 24.
  • Charges of drunken driving and disobeying a traffic control device against Cheryl L. Mitchell, 48, of Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Green Tree police arrested Mitchell on May 10.

 

Charges reduced

  • A possession of drug paraphernalia charge against Chelsey Egan, 24, of Scott, was withdrawn and a disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Scott police charged Egan on April 5.
