Charges held for court

  • Charges of robbery, conspiracy, terroristic threats and receiving stolen property against Vincent L. Holland, 23, of Carnegie were held for court. Collier police charged Holland on June 17.

Charges waived to court

  • Robbery, conspiracy and receiving stolen property charges against Robert B. Alberter, 20, of Carnegie, were waived to court. Collier police charged Alberter on June 17.
  • Drunken driving, purchasing alcohol for minors and operating a vehicle with alcohol charges against Shane Jordan, 19, of South Park, were waived to court. Collier police arrested Jordan on April 29.
  • Drunken driving charges against Bryan D. Scheers 29, of Bridgeville, were waived to court while a careless driving citation was withdrawn. South Fayette police arrested Scheers on May 25.

 

Charges reduced

  • A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was withdrawn against Timothy Surich, 30, of Houston, PA, and driving on a suspended license and disorderly conduct charges were moved to non-traffic citations. Collier police originally charged Surich on May 21.
  • A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn against 28-year-old Sheena M. Johnson and a disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Collier police originally charged Johnson on May 21.
  • Three counts of possession of a controlled substance were withdrawn against 50-year-old Gale E. Chambers while a retail theft charge was dismissed and disorderly conduct reduced to a non-traffic citation. Collier police originally charged Chambers on April 24.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of drunken driving, driving on a suspended license, careless driving and several traffic citations against Timothy W. Gill, 52, of Delaware, OH, were waived to court. Heidelberg police arrested Gill on July 8.

 

Charges reduced

  • Charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn against Courtney Fletcher, 24, of Mt. Lebanon, while a disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Heidelberg police originally charged Fletcher on April 28.
  • A possession of drug paraphernalia charge was withdrawn against Michael Marino, 25, of Scott Township, and a disorderly conduct charge was moved to a non-traffic citation. Scott police originally charged Marino on March 16.
