Charges held for court

  • An indecent exposure charge against Antonio C. Ledonne, 50, of Carnegie, was held for court. Scott police arrested Ledonne on March 21.

Charge waived to court

  • Charges of forgery, criminal attempt and counterfeit mark stamp against Jeremy D. Theakston, 29, of Belle Vernon, were waived to court. A charge of criminal use of a communications facility was withdrawn. Scott Township police charged Theakston on June 10.
  • Charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia against Alexander M. Sedar, 18, of Upper St. Clair, were waived to court. Three corruption of minor charges against Sedar were withdrawn. Heidelberg police arrested Sedar on May 26.
  • Charges of drunken driving and accident involving damage against Robert L. Sabilla Jr., 51, of Collier Township, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Sabilla on March 26.
  • A drunken driving charge and several traffic citations against Clint T. Newbould, 28, of Rochester, NY, were waived to court. Scott Township police charged Newbould on Feb. 18.
  • Charges of marijuana possession and possession of a controlled substance against Adam J. Kulina, 18, of Scott, were waived to court. Scott police arrested Kulina on March 7.
  • Drunken driving charges against Vladmir Tkac, 39, of South Fayette, were waived to court. Heidelberg police arrested Tkac on March 24.
  • A felony drug possession charge and one count of possession of a controlled substance against Corey J. Smith, 30, of Scott, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Smith on June 6.

 

Charges reduced

  • A disorderly conduct charge against Stanley M. Lisowski, 53, of Scott, was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Reckless endangerment, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia charges were withdrawn. Scott police charged Lisowski on March 16.
  • A disorderly conduct charge against Barbara McKenna, 52, of Carnegie, was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Charges of drug paraphernalia, public drunkenness and obstructing highways were withdrawn. Heidelberg police charged McKenna on April 16.

 

Charges withdrawn

  • Simple assault and harassment charges against Patricia L. Carmack, 49, of Scott Township, were withdrawn. Scott police originally charged Carmack on April 17.

 

Charges held for court

  • Charges of marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and drunken driving against Noah A. Farkas, 20, of McMurray, were held for court. South Fayette police arrested Farkas on May 5.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of drug possession with intent to deliver, disorderly conduct, possession of controlled substance and two traffic citations against Lynn Richardson, 25, of Bridgeville, were waived to court. Collier police arrested Richardson on June 9.
  • Drunken driving and carless driving charges against Amy L. Erfort, 39, of Bethel Park, were waived to court. A resisting arrest charge was withdrawn. Bridgeville police arrested Erfort on May 25.
