District Judge Gary Zyra oversees Heidelberg and Scott Township while District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville and Collier Township.

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and unregistered vehicle against Robert Alberter, 19, of Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott police originally charged Alberter on Jan. 18.
  • Drunken driving and speeding charges against Stephanie H. Schmidt, 21, of 502 Augusta St., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Scott police arrested Schmidt on Feb. 2.
  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against Paul M. Dalesandro, 39, of 438 Hoff St., Carnegie, were waived to court. Charges of turning without a signal and alcohol beverage restrictions were withdrawn. Scott police originally charged Dalesandro on Feb. 2.

Charges withdrawn

  • Robbery and theft charges against Bryan A. McGraw, 20, of 1225 School St., Carnegie, were withdrawn. Scott police originally charged McGraw on March 26.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of drunken driving and driving without headlights against Randy L. McClain, 23, of Presto, were waived to court. Bridgeville police arrested McClain on Nov. 13.
