Guilty plea

  • Dennis Egnatz, 44, of 211 Mansfield Ave., Carnegie, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct citation after being charged by Scott police on Feb. 25. Harassment and simple assault charges against Egnatz from another incident on that day were withdrawn.

Charges waived to court

  • Michael Cross, 39, of 1719 Davis Ave., Brigdeville, waived to court charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and resisting arrest. An aggravated assault charge was withdrawn. Scott police charged Cross on Oct. 8.
  • Charles Grodes, 35, of 702 Redwood Drive, McDonald, waived charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia to court. Charges of criminal use of a communication facility and criminal conspiracy were withdrawn. Scott police originally charged Grodes on Feb. 25.
  • Paul Popp, 47, of 52 Stonecrest Lane, Cecil, waived a charge of possession of a controlled substance to court. A charge of tampering of physical evidence was withdrawn. Scott police originally charged Popp on Oct. 10.

 

Charges dismissed

  • Charges of false report, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness were dismissed against Ryann Ziner, 23, of 400 Bluefield Drive, Oakdale. Scott police had charged Ziner on Feb. 25.

 

Charges withdrawn

  • Charges of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn against Robert Milliron, 42, of 295 Hawthorn St., Canonsburg. A summary charge of disorderly conduct was reduced to a non-motor vehicle citation. Scott police originally charged Milliron on Sept. 19.

 

 

Charges held for court

  • Charges of receiving stolen property, counterfeit access device and access device conspiracy against Justin M. Holzer, 26, of 510 Giffin Ave., Pittsburgh, were held to court. An additional charge of criminal conspiracy was withdrawn. South Fayette police originally charged Holzer on Oct. 15.
  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against Gregory J. Patrizio, 53, of 395 First St., Lawrence, were held for court. Patrizio was charged by South Fayette police on Sept. 19.
