Charges waived to court

  • Charges of theft and receiving stolen property against John R. Liggett, 27, of Bridgeville, were waived to court. Scott Township police charged Liggett on Sept. 17.

Charges reduced or withdrawn

  • Charges of burglary, simple assault, public drunkenness and underage purchase of alcohol were withdrawn against 18-year-old Robert M. Tracy Jr. A criminal trespassing charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Scott Township police charged Tracy on Aug. 10.
  • A simple assault charge against Dennis Egnatz, 45, of Scott, was withdrawn. Scott police originally charged Egnatz on Jan. 15.
  • A charge of bad checks against Angela Barker, 50, of Pittsburgh, was withdrawn. Barker was charged in Scott Township on Sept. 6.

Charges held for court

  • Drunken driving charges against Joseph A. Kuisis, 43, of Pittsburgh, were held for court. Collier police charged Kuisis on July 19.
  • A harassment charge against David Adams, 53, of Pittsburgh, was held for court. South Fayette police charged Adams on Aug. 13.

 

Charges waived to court

  • A drunken driving charge against Gregory G. Grismore, 42, of Oakdale, was waived to court. Collier police arrested Grismore on Aug. 13.
