District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville and Collier Township while District Judge Gary Zyra oversees Heidelberg and Scott Township.

 

Charges held for court

  • Charges of reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child against Ashley Waller, 23, of 1800 Swissvale Ave., Wilkinsburg, were held for court. Scott Township police originally charged Waller on Nov. 11.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Retail theft and conspiracy charges against Joshua Patragas, 31, of 228 Coachside Drive, Washington, Pa., were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Patragas on Dec. 26 and he has been unable to make the $10,000 bail.
  • Charges of forgery, and two counts of attempting to obtain a controlled substance against Robert E. Wargo, 41, of 8113 Palomino Dr., Bridgeville, were waived to court. Scott Township police originally charged Patragas on Oct. 12.
  • Charges of false ID to police officers, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia against Beth Ann Martin, 29, of 1935 Delaware Ave., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. A drug possession charge was withdrawn. Heidelberg police originally charged Martin on Oct. 29.
  • Charges of criminal conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia against Tyler Pruss, 19, of 447 Carothers Ave., Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott Township police originally charge Pruss on Aug. 31.
  • Drunken driving charges against Grant L. Gauthier, 51, of 215 Woodkirk St., Carnegie, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Gauthier on Oct. 20.
  • Drunken driving charges against Zachary M. Macromac, 24, of 106 W. Fair Meadows, Canonsburg, were waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Macromac on Dec. 3.

 

Charges held for court

  • Retail theft, conspiracy and careless driving charges against Donna M. McKissick, 42, of 410 Eau Claire St., Butler, were held for court. Collier police originally charged McKissick on Dec. 7.
  • Retail theft and conspiracy charges against Seazen S. Morales, 24, of 311 Helen St., McKees Rocks, were held for court. Collier police originally charged Morales on Dec. 7.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of drunken driving, careless driving and failure to stop at a red light against Cameron M. Ashe, 47, of 722 Wisteria Ave., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Collier police arrested Ashe on Oct. 29.
  • Charges of drunken driving, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia against Mauro Defelice, 26, of 131 Rose Leaf Road, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. A careless driving charge was withdrawn. Collier police arrested Defelice on Nov. 21.
  • Drunken driving and careless driving charges against Sandra L. Kinskey, 54, of 5068 Grove Road, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Bridgeville police arrested Kinskey on Dec. 1.
  • Drunken driving and driving without a license charges against Dennis R. Triebsch, 69, of 1625 Moynelle Drive, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Other charges such as speeding and failing to wear a seatbelt were withdrawn. State police arrested Triebsch on Oct. 18.
  • Drunken driving charges against Raymond A. Graham, 36, of 1002 Mayfair Drive, Canonsburg, were waived to court. A speeding charge was withdrawn. State police arrested Graham on Nov. 18.
  • Drunken driving charges against Jeffrey A. Minister II, 23, of 2154 Fairland St., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Careless driving, reckless driving and several traffic citations were withdrawn. State police arrested Minister on Oct. 22.

 

Charges reduced

  • Charges of fleeing police, purchasing alcohol for minors and careless driving were withdrawn against Steven T. Romain, 18, of 47 Lindsay Road, Carnegie. Drunken driving, minor operating a vehicle with alcohol and speeding charges were waived to court. Bridgevile police arrested Romain on Nov. 27.

 

Charges withdrawn

  • Charges of disarming a police officer, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness were withdrawn against 52-year-old Lee A. Belsito. Collier police originally charged Belsito on Sept. 18.
  • Charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia against Carnell M. Thompson, 22, of 714 Overlook St., McKees Rocks, were withdrawn, while disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Collier police originally charged Thompson on Nov. 21.
