Charges dismissed

  • Charges against three men accused of getting into a fight outside the Original Pancake House in Scott were dropped. All charges against Pedro Sanchez-Rosas, 21, Efrain Sanchez-Rosas, 34, and Jose Dolores Hernandez-Segura, 32, were dismissed on Oct. 6.
  • Charges of simple assault, child endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct were dismissed against Matthew F. Maxin, of 1731 Walnut St., Heidelberg. He was charged by Heidelberg police on June 16.

  • Harassment and disorderly conduct charges against Bryan Brentin, 28, of 1654 W. Railroad St., Heidelberg, were reduced to non-traffic citations. Stalking charges were withdrawn. Heidelberg police charged Brentin on Sept. 2.

 

Charges held for court

  • Theft, receiving stolen property and burglary charges against Eric R. Brentin, 41, of 10 Chartiers Terrace, Carnegie, were held for trial. Scott police charged him on Sept. 21.
  • Receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charges against Charles A. Greer, 28, of McKees Rocks, were held for trial. Greer was charged by Heidelberg police on June 7.
  • Charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness against John R. Carley Jr. 41, of 119 Patterson Ave., Carnegie, were held for court. A theft charge was withdrawn. Scott police charged him on Sept. 11.

 

Charges waived to court

  • Charges of DUI and accident involving damage against James A. Chiodo, 41, of 219 Woodkirk St., Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Scott police arrested Chiodo on Sept. 12.
  • DUI and careless driving charges against Brandon Gleve, 28, of 1705 Village Road, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. A reckless driving charge was withdrawn. Scott police arrested Gleve on Sept. 13.
  • Antione Dean, 531 Lincoln Ave., Carnegie, waived charges of receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle to court. Heidelberg police charged him on June 7.
