Collier police said they recognized 32-year-old Lucas Bailey driving on Nov. 21 after his license had been suspended for a previous DUI.

He didn’t immediately stop, police said, and kept driving despite the officers activating their emergency lights. He eventually stopped, but did not pull over to the side of the road.
