Charges Waived for Court in Four DUI Cases

The following is an update on court cases heard by District Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet on May 20. McGraw-Desmet oversees Bridgeville and Collier Township.

  • Charges of careless and reckless driving against Charles Puklus, 31, of Cecil, were withdrawn, but several more charges were waived for court on May 20. To read the full story, click here.
  • Two counts of driving under the influence and a careless driving charge against Dana Alward, 43, of Bridgeville, were waived for court. South Fayette Township police charged Alward on March 17.
  • Two traffic charges against Colleen Deer, 47, of Pittsburgh, were withdrawn, but charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding and careless driving were waived for court. Collier Township police charged Deer on Feb. 19.
  • Two counts of DUI and a careless driving charge against Ian Greer, 28, of Bethel Park, were waived for court. Bridgeville police charged Greer on Feb. 26.
